This project is a mid-century modern ranch in Middletown. It's right at 4000 square feet and will have 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. There's even an in-ground pool - fully fenced in at that! The house sits on a total of 2.5 acres, which is divided into two separate lots: the house and 1.1 acres, and a separate 1.4 acre lot which is a gorgeous garden featuring over 800 varieties of daylilies, three ponds, and a walking trail.

We purchased this house in summer of 2016 and after a few months spent coming up with our game plan, we began renovations in November of 2016. The house is being completely remodeled from top to bottom, and will be an updated family home that still has the original characteristics of the midcentury modern architecture style, most notably the abundant natural light that comes with this style of home.

Features include: Fully remodeled kitchen and baths, separate wet bar, new roof, some new windows, updated electrical system with new panel, separate HVAC zones, two laundry areas, spacious master suite with access to pool, luxury bathroom and large walk-in closet; separate kids' playroom/living area, backyard oasis with pool, covered patio, and two separate deck areas; and lots of closet/storage space.
